Longevity: Supplements

When it comes to supplements, simplicity is key. After years of experimenting, I’ve narrowed down my routine to three essential supplements: Creatine, Omega-3, and Vitamin D. These aren’t just random choices—they’re carefully selected to support long-term health and longevity.

Why These Three?

  1. Creatine: Supporting Muscle Mass

    • Often associated with bodybuilding, creatine is invaluable for maintaining muscle strength and mobility as we age. It’s a cornerstone for preserving physical health over the years.

  2. Omega-3: Boosting Cardiovascular and Brain Health

    • Found in fish oil, omega-3 fatty acids enhance blood lipid profiles, reduce inflammation, and promote brain health—all critical for a longer, healthier life.

  3. Vitamin D: Filling the Sunshine Gap

    • With limited sun exposure, supplementing with vitamin D supports bone health, immune function, and overall well-being.

Why Keep It Simple?

I focus on targeted supplementation, using regular blood work to identify specific deficiencies. While I’ve experimented with magnesium, ashwagandha, and CBD for sleep, none proved effective for me, so I simplified my regimen.

The Longevity Health Approach
At Longevity Health, we share this philosophy of personalization:

  • Biomarker-Driven: We analyze blood work to tailor supplement recommendations to your unique health needs.

  • Minimal but Effective: Like my personal routine, our suggestions are deliberate and aligned with your goals.

The Bigger Picture:
Supplements are a piece of the longevity puzzle. They work best alongside optimized sleep, regular exercise, and balanced nutrition. Longevity isn’t about piling on products—it’s about crafting a targeted, sustainable plan for thriving over the long haul.

Most longevity supplements don’t fail because they’re useless—they fail because they’re used without context.

At Longevity Health, we use diagnostics and physician guidance to identify what your body actually needs—so you’re not guessing, stacking, or wasting money on supplements that don’t move the needle.
