Mackenzie Carey is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in functional and integrative nutrition, metabolic health, and whole-person wellness. Her work focuses on helping individuals build sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that support long-term vitality, resilience, and optimal health.
At Longevity Health, Mackenzie works closely with clients to develop personalized nutrition strategies rooted in evidence-based care, functional medicine, and metabolic health optimization.
Clinical Background & Training
Before joining Longevity Health, Mackenzie worked as an inpatient Clinical Dietitian caring for patients across intensive care, gastrointestinal disorders, oncology, surgery, and cardiac care.
While her experience in hospital-based medicine provided a strong clinical foundation, her passion ultimately led her toward a more proactive, root-cause approach to health and wellness.
She later joined Cal-a-Vie Health Spa, where she worked one-on-one with clients utilizing:

Health optimization strategies
Nutrition education and cooking demonstrations
Over the past several years, Mackenzie has worked extensively in the longevity optimization space, helping clients identify nutrient imbalances, improve body composition, and refine sustainable strategies for long-term health and performance.
